Walt Schulz, Mortgage Advisor

Walt Schulz started his venture in the mortgage business back in 1998 at Community Mortgage in Salem, Oregon. Walt has been a mortgage planner for over 10 years. During that time, he started his own mortgage company and was co-owner of Central Valley Lending.

In 2005, Walt decided to leave Oregon and his partnership. He made the move to Columbia, Maryland with his family and joined Nations Home Funding, where he has soared to the top of the list of mortgage originators. In 2007 Walt decided to open Principle Funding Group in Columbia, Maryland.

Walt and his family have moved back to Oregon to be closer to their extended family. They also missed all the rain. Walt and his wife, Heidi, have one daughter who is 7 yrs old. They enjoy traveling, going to movies and just hanging out together. Walt also enjoys golfing and fishing.
