Kori Kapihe, Mortgage Advisor

Kori Kapihe started in 1994 as a loan processor in California at sixteen years old as a summer job. The company she worked for opened a branch in Eugene, where she continued as a loan processor for seven years. In 2001, Kori took some time off when she had her beautiful daughter, Mahea, and then returned as an originator. Kori came to Alpine in 2007 respectfully for the company’s team ethics, integrity, knowledge, and outstanding support.

It gives her great pride to be able to share her knowledge to help first-time home buyers get on the path to home ownership, as well as equity management for current home owners. Through our ever changing industry, Kori is confident that her clients will always be up to date with current market conditions.

Kori is a proud mom who was born and raised here in Lane County. She is a Thurston alumni that enjoys travelling all over beautiful Oregon; camping, fishing, hiking, rodeos, horses, all while spending time with her daughter, family, & friends.
