Alan and Donna Rice have been in the real estate mortgage business since 1976, resulting in a combined 50 years of experience and well over 10,000 closed loans. They have owned their own substantial mortgage company for many years. As they built this company they did every job there is to do in the mortgage banking business. Some background information is that Alan was born in Grants Pass. His parents were elementary school teachers and this continues in his family. Alan attended school in California where he met Donna. They both worked for Safeco Title Insurance. They then moved to Oregon in 1993 to raise their daughters Erin and Tara. Erin has her teaching degree and Tara is a dialysis tech and is pursuing her nursing degree.
