Denise Cuddeback-Montgomery, Branch Manager

Denise began her mortgage banking career in 1992 as a graduate from the University of Oregon Business School with a concentration in Marketing and Accounting.  She became Branch Manager in 1999 and has created a feeling of “family” among her staff, many of which have been with her for nearly 10 years!  With 15 years of mortgage advising experience, Denise is passionate about helping homeowners feel the pride of homeownership.

Denise is driven by finding the right loan that fits each individual’s needs.  This means from working with first time home buyers, to helping people build their million dollar dream home, to the savvy real estate investor to expand their investment portfolio. Denise’s experience and passion for the business sets her apart from the competition.   To Denise, you are not just another mortgage; you are people she is helping achieve goals and dreams.

Denise has been married to Chad since 1999 and they have 2 beautiful children, Morgan 6 years old and Max 2 years old.  Their family likes to be outdoors and spend time in Central Oregon.  She was born and raised in Eugene where the majority of her family lives.  Go ducks!
